Shipping policy and packaging

We ship all orders every Tuesday and Wednesday. To ensure your corals survival we use ups priority mail. We ask you be home to receive your shipment. DOA (dead on arrival) policy is that within 2 hours of arrival you send one continuos video of your order invoice and deceased coral with packaging materials via email (coralcompany2023@gmail.com) for your request to be valid.

We know when working with the post office there can be delays so every order is insulated with styrofoam and heated with a 72 hour heat pack and ample water volume to ensure the survival of your livestock.
