Shipping policy and packaging

We ship all orders every Tuesday and Wednesday. To ensure your corals survival we use usps priority mail. We ask you be home to receive your shipment. DOA (dead on arrival) policy is that within 12 hours of arrival you send one continuos video of your order invoice and deceased coral with packaging materials via email (coralcompany2023@gmail.com) for your request to be valid.
